DVRPC LINK is a web tool designed to assist planners and stakeholders in evaluating and prioritizing bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure projects. Building on the Level of Traffic Stress (LTS) analysis, this tool offers a comprehensive assessment of proposed projects by estimating the number of people, jobs, and essential services each study would connect. By providing insights into the potential impacts of new trails, bike lanes, and sidewalks, DVRPC LINK allows users to make informed decisions, ensuring that projects are prioritized to enhance connectivity and accessibility.

Geographic Area Covered: The nine-county DVRPC region, which covers the counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia in Pennsylvania; and Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Mercer counties in New Jersey.

Title VI Statement

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) fully complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, Executive Order 12898 on Environmental Justice, and related nondiscrimination mandates in all programs and activities. Any person who believes they have been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice by DVRPC under Title VI and/or ADA has a right to file a formal complaint. Any such complaint must be in writing and filed with DVRPC's Title VI Compliance Manager, Alison Hastings, and/or the appropriate state or federal agency within 180 days of the alleged discriminatory occurrence.
