The document provides incident responders with uniform operational guidelines to ensure safe operations on the following limited access highway in Camden and Gloucester Counties: NJ 42, NJ 55, I-676, I-76, and I-295. These guidelines were formulated based on input from representatives of the New Jersey Southern Area First Responders (NJ SAFR) Incident Management Task Force (IMTF). This document is intended to be used by incident responders as a guideline for decision-making, and can be modified as necessary to address existing conditions. This is the fourth version, or third revision, of the 2012 NJ Route 42/55, I-76/676/295 IMTF Policy and Procedures Manual. Guidelines set forth in this document are consistent with the State of New Jersey Highway Incident Traffic Safety Guidelines for Emergency Responders. It is not intended to be a textbook, nor a substitute for training, technical knowledge, experience, or effective judgment.

DVRPC's website, www.dvrpc.org, may be translated into multiple languages. Publications and other public documents can be made available in alternative languages and formats, if requested. DVRPC’s public meetings are always held in ADA-accessible facilities and in transit-accessible locations whenever possible. DVRPC will work to accommodate all reasonable requests for translation, interpretation, accommodations or other auxiliary services and encourages that requests be made at least seven days prior to a public meeting. Any person who believes they have been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice by DVRPC under Title VI has a right to file a formal complaint. Any such complaint must be in writing and filed with DVRPC's ADA and Title VI Compliance Officer Shoshana Akins and/or the appropriate state or federal agency within 180 days of the alleged discriminatory occurrence. Complaints that a program, service, or activity of DVRPC is not accessible to persons with disabilities should be directed to Shoshana Akins as well.
