3. Adoption of the Draft DVRPC FY 2011-2014 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for Pennsylvania
The Draft DVRPC FY 2011-2014 TIP has been developed and a 30-day public comment period was conducted. Staff will present an overview of the program, comments received during the public comment period, and recommended changes, and will request for Board adoption.
4. Adoption of Conformity Determination of the FY 2011-2014 TIP for Pennsylvania, FY 2010-2013 TIP for New Jersey and the Connections Long-Range Plan
DVRPC has demonstrated Transportation Conformity for the FY 2011 Pennsylvania TIP, FY 2010 New Jersey TIP, and Connections Long-Range Plan. Staff will present the results of the Transportation Conformity Determination and request that the Board adopt these findings.
5. Selection of Greater Philadelphia Food System Implementation Grant Recipients
Staff will present, for Board approval, the recommended grant recipients for the Greater Philadelphia Food System Implementation Grants.
6. Amendment to the Tri-County Water Quality Management Board (WQMB) - Bordentown Waterfront Development Community Project, Burlington County

Title VI Statement

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) fully complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, and related nondiscrimination mandates in all programs and activities. DVRPC is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of, all programs and activities on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or income level, as protected by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and other related nondiscrimination mandates.
DVRPC's website, www.dvrpc.org, may be translated into multiple languages. Publications and other public documents can be made available in alternative languages and formats, if requested. DVRPC’s public meetings are always held in ADA-accessible facilities and in transit-accessible locations whenever possible. DVRPC will work to accommodate all reasonable requests for translation, interpretation, accommodations or other auxiliary services and encourages that requests be made at least seven days prior to a public meeting.
