The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission will make a presentation on an Incentive Towing Pilot Program they have implemented to safely and quickly clear lanes and incident scenes.

4. SPATEL Tool - System Performance Measures / Best Practices - Bob Glantzberg, TRANSCOM

There will be a presentation on how the SPATEL Tool can be used for the MAP-21 System Performance measures. It will also include description of best practices on how others are using the tool.

5. DVRPC Regional Traffic Signal Retiming Program, Paul Carafides, DVRPC

A project status on the Regional Traffic Signal Retiming program will be presented including updates on NJ and PA efforts.

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) fully complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, and related nondiscrimination mandates in all programs and activities.
