5. DVRPC Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Actions
The dynamic nature of funding transportation improvements and the need to remain within financial constraint require amendments or modifications to the TIP. The following projects require formal TIP Amendments or Modifications this month for the FY 2022 TIP for NJ.
a. NJ20-028: Route 130, Bridge over Big Timber Creek (DB #14426), Camden and Gloucester Counties – Cost Increase
b. NJ22-029: Route 40, CR 555 Intersection, Operational & Safety Improvements (DB #12383), Gloucester County – Add Project Back into the TIP
c. PA21-75: IIJA/BIL FFY 2022 Funding Allocation, (Various MPMS#s), Various Counties – Additional Funding Availability
d. PA21-76: Capital Asset Lease Program (MPMS #59966), SEPTA – Decrease Funding

6. DVRPC FY23 Work Program Amendment: Route 34 End-of-Line Study
To support advancement of SEPTA's Trolley Modernization program, DVRPC staff will propose amending the FY23 Unified Planning Work Program. This amendment proposes removing the Route 34 End-of-Line Study (23-63-009), which will allow SEPTA to complete its tasks on an expedited basis. In that study's place, DVRPC staff proposes the Corridor Based Transit Supportive Community Development Land Use Analysis, with the goal of promoting transit supportive land use along select SEPTA transit corridors by identifying key zoning, roadway design, and operational strategies.
7. PA TMA TDM Base Program
Staff will present an overview of FY23 and FY24 contractor work programs under the new TDM "Base" program, with a brief history of and background on this TDM work in southeastern Pennsylvania.

8. Advancing a complete streets resolution: the Trenton Complete Streets Design Handbook and Its Implementation
DVRPC will present the Trenton Complete Streets Design Handbook, discuss its development and showcase its contents and recommendations. City of Trenton planning staff will share how they are piloting the handbook and working to codify it into ordinance.
