2. QGIS: A User's Perspective
Phil Pierdomenico is an experienced GIS analyst who will talk about QGIS, a free and open-source GIS desktop application which is widely regarded as the leading alternative to proprietary GIS software. He will discuss his experiences with QGIS, what it is capable of doing, and what resources are available to its users.
3. Predicting Bike Share Usage using City Open Data
Ken Steif, Univ. of Pennsylvania Dept. of City & Regional Planning will describe an empirical approach to predicting bike share in Philadelphia using a host of spatial variables from four major US cities with bike share. A bike share planning support system could give smaller communities a cost-effective tool for planning bike share systems.

Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS is a powerful GIS application. It lets you build intuitive, focused apps that run anywhere, on any device, without writing a single line of code. During the presentation Lauri Dafner, Esri, will show you how to configure Web AppBuilder and deploy it to a variety of users and stakeholders.
