This report documents the process and findings of the I-95 Bucks County Road Safety and Operations Audit undertaken by the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC). The report details safety and operational issues identified by the audit team at the study location and remedial strategies to address them. Emphasis is placed on identifying low-cost, quick-turnaround improvements and safety projects to address the identified issues where possible. This project represents a step toward implementation of DVRPC’s 2012 Transportation Safety Action Plan: Improving Transportation Safety in the Delaware Valley (August 2012, #12030), and considers guidance from the Transportation Operations Master Plan (July 2009, #09049).
