86939 | US 202/PA 611 (Doylestown Bypass) Preventative Maintenance (Bucks County)
The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate the roadway(both mainline and ramps) and provide necessary repairs to 22 bridges(including both mainline and overhead bridges). Overhead bridges include 1) SR313(Swamp Road o/ Doylestown Bypass) 2) SR1001(Easton Rd/South Main St o/ Doylestown Bypass) 3) SR2194(New Britain Rd o/ Doylestown Bypass) 4) SR2198(East Rd o/ Doylestown Bypass) 5) SR4007(Limekiln Pk o/ Doylestown Bypass) 6) SR4009(Old Dublin Pike o/ Doylestown Bypass) 7) SR4190(Broad St o/ Doylestown Bypass) 8) SR4202(Butler Pk o/ Doylestown Bypass).
The roadway work includes: saw cutting, removing and repairing the structurally deficient concrete pavement plus overlaying the entire roadway with 1.5" super pave wearing course; as well as upgrading the guide rail, end treatments, and signing. The bridges will be provided with the necessary repairs. There is no proposal to acquire any right of way.
