Project will rehabilitate or replace a poor condition bridge connecting Pottstown to South Pottstown and Industrial Highway. The bridge will be replaced in its entirety to allow for safe travel over the Norfolk Southern railroad tracks by vehicles and pedestrians.
A final alternative for bridge rehabilitation or replacement is determined upon federal National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) or state
Categorical Exclusion clearance.
