This memorandum is the third annual review of the status of supplemental strategies for major single-occupancy vehicle capacity-adding projects in the region's Transportation Improvement Programs. Twelve TIP projects were reviewed for 2009. All projects reviewed were found to be making reasonable progress with supplemental projects in accordance with federal CMP regulations.
