DVRPC Products

This application summarizes DVRPC's most recent attempt to identify Transit-oriented development (TOD) opportunities throughout the Greater Philadelphia Region. Using a variety of demographic, physical, and market conditions, DVRPC has created a rating system that assesses the TOD readiness of over 150 station areas throughout the region.

Traffic count data within and surrounding the DVRPC region. Filter data (by Year, AADT, Road Name, MCD and Type), review detailed hourly reports, and export traffic count information.

Retail elements including management structure, sidewalk width, walkscore, vacancy rate, parking options, anchor institutions, AADTs, Streetscape, national tenancy, lease rents, historic districts, household income, transit accessibility, residential population, events, open space, retail mix, and blocks included for analysis.

This map displays data from permanent bicycle and pedestrian counters operated by DVRPC. Trail use counters, located on Circuit Trails throughout the region, record use by direction and by mode (walking vs. bicycling) continuously throughout the course of a year.

Pedestrian and bicycle count data within and surrounding the DVRPC region. Review detailed hourly reports, location information and ADB/ADP (an estimate of traffic during a 24 hour period).

View, query, and export Municipal and County-level datasets. Datasets cover a variety of topics: Population, Employment, Building Permits, Land Use, Education, Income and Poverty, Crashes, and Travel Mode.

The ETA Priority Score Map Toolkit demonstrates disparities in access to essential services like hospitals, health clinics, recreational spaces, senior centers, and more in the Greater Philadelphia region as a part of DVRPC's Coordinated Human Services Plan (CHSTP).

This map showcases projects in the region that reduce energy use and/or greenhouse gas emissions.
