The purpose of this study was to acquire better and more comprehensive parking data for Southeastern Pennsylvania. Employees and parking facility owners/operators were surveyed to obtain information on their facilities and on parking management programs. Major findings from these surveys and information on parking management programs from other areas of the country are presented.
