This report provides an overview of income trends in the expanded 28 county DVRPC data service area at various levels of geographical detail including census tract, county, Minor Civil Division (MCD), state, Consolidated Metropolitan Statistical Area (CMSA) and Primary Metropolitan Statistical Area (PMSA). The purpose of this study was to acquire better and more comprehensive parking data for Southeastern Pennsylvania. Employees and parking facility owners/operators were surveyed to obtain information on their facilities and on parking management programs. Major findings from these surveys and information on parking management programs from other areas of the country are presented.
