Each fiscal year, DVRPC is responsible for issuing an annual report that summarizes the programs and projects that comprise the annual planning work program. This memo presents the findings of an ongoing program of technical assistance in support of the implementation of bicycle facilities on county roads, as recommended in the Mercer County 2020 Bicycle Master Plan, as part of regularly scheduled repaving projects.
