Since 1991, federal regulations require an MPO’s Long-Range Plan to be updated every four years in areas that do not meet federal air quality standards. In the intervening period, DVRPC may amend the Plan to reflect revision(s) to a project’s cost, scope, or timing; to add a new project to the fiscally constrained financial plan as a result of TIP action; or to revise the document’s policies, core principles, goals, strategies, and population and employment forecasts. The table below lists long-range plans for Greater Philadelphia and their associated amendments, and links to their documentation in the DVRPC products database.
