Public Participation Task Force Annual Work Program Meeting

July 30, 2024

DVRPC wants to hear from you on what planning projects you want to see in the region at this upcoming workshop.

Join us on Tuesday, September 10, at 6:00 pm, for a Public Participation Task Force (PPTF) meeting on the Work Program. The Long-Range Plan (LRP) presents a vision for the region’s transportation investments over the next 25 years. The Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is a list of capital transportation projects that are to be implemented over the next four years. But what about the years in between? Enter the Work Program, the comprehensive, cooperative transportation planning program for Greater Philadelphia.

The Annual Work Program determines the planning projects that DVRPC staff will undertake in order to meet the region’s changing transportation and planning needs. Transportation covers more than getting from point A to point B, it helps shape our communities, connections, and possibilities. DVRPC wants to hear from you on what planning projects you want to see in the region at this upcoming workshop. Come ready to learn, engage, and discuss your ideas about what planning projects and studies DVRPC should consider today in order to build the region we want and need in the future.

Please note, due to the Presidential Debate now scheduled to take place at the National Constitution Center on September 10, this meeting has been moved to online only. Register to attend online.
