Draft Conformity Determination: Amendments to the Connections 2050 Long-Range Plan and Draft FY2025 TIP for Pennsylvania

Public comments on the Draft Conformity Determination draft document will be accepted from June 4, 2024, until July 8, 2024, at 5:00 PM local time. There is also a concurrent and related public comment period on the Draft FY2025 PA TIP and Connections 2050 Long-Range Plan: Draft Amendment 3 documents from May 23, 2024, until June 24, 2024, at 5:00 PM local time.

Electronic versions of the documents for both comment periods are available at www.dvrpc.org/AirQuality/Conformity

If requested, any of these documents can be translated into an alternative format or language. Hard copies are also available at public libraries throughout the region, and upon request.

A Conformity Determination is conducted to ensure transportation investments conform to the federal Clean Air Act, and demonstrate that a proposed plan or projects will not negatively impact a region’s ability to meet or maintain federal air quality standards.
