The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) is seeking your input and will open a public comment period for the Draft Conformity Determination for the Draft DVRPC FY2023 Transportation Improvement Program for Pennsylvania (FY23-FY26). DVRPC will accept comments from Wednesday, June 15, 2022 until July 18, 2022 at 5:00 PM local time.
An electronic version of the Draft Conformity Determination is available online at www.dvrpc.org/AirQuality/Conformity/. If requested, the draft Conformity Determination can be translated into an alternative format or language.
This Conformity Determination is required due to amendments of regionally significant projects to the Draft FY2023 TIP for Pennsylvania, which is also out for public comment. A Conformity Determination is conducted to ensure transportation investments conform to the federal Clean Air Act, and demonstrate that a proposed plan or project will not negatively impact a region’s ability to meet or maintain federal air quality standards.
A public meeting will be held online and also include a presentation of the Draft DVRPC FY2023 TIP for Pennsylvania.
