2024 Service Case Study: Camden Loop

Camden Community Partnership (CCP) launched the Camden Loop on-demand ride service in June 2023. The Camden Loop is an example of how providers can design and adapt transportation options to meet the needs of their communities.

2024 Funding Case Study: Hop on the Bus! Creating Greater Awareness and Increasing the Rider Experience on JARC Bus Services

In 2024, the Greater Mercer Transportation Management Association (GMTMA) was awarded DVRPC’s Travel Options Program (TOP) funding to increase awareness and usage of the Job Access and Reverse Commute (JARC) services available in Mercer County through increased marketing of the ZLine and Route 130 Connection programs.

2024 Data Case Study: FindMyRidePA

FindMyRidePA is a service provided by PennDOT that allows users to identify transportation options available to them based on various eligibility criteria.

2024 Service Coordination Case Study: NJ Transit’s Senior Coordination Administrator

In 2023, NJ Transit created a Senior Coordination Administrator role in the Local Programs Department. This role was instituted to assist in federal compliance, development, and participation including oversight in county-level CHSTPs.

2020 Case Study: Maryland Transit Administration's InReach Program

The MTA InReach program was developed to provide a forum for drivers, maintenance staff, and management to give feedback to the agency with the goal of addressing lapses in communication amongst policymakers and service operators.

2020 Case Study: Fare Capping Programs in Portland, Oregon and Dallas, Texas

This case study provides two examples of fare capping, an alternative payment approach that allows users to pay for monthly passes by purchasing one fare at a time up to the equivalent cost.

The ZLine Shuttle Bus, a service provided by Greater Mercer TMA and Amazon, increases job access for some of Mercer County’s poorest residents.
