For Public Review: Draft DVRPC FY2020 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) For New Jersey and NJDOT Draft FY2020 Statewide TIP
The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) is seeking your input and will open a public comment period for the Draft Federal Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for New Jersey (FY20-FY23). This also serves as the public comment period for the State of New Jersey's Draft FY2020 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) from FY20 to FY29. DVRPC will accept comments on both draft documents from July 9, 2019 until August 9, 2019 at 5:00 PM local time.
An electronic version of DVRPC's Draft FY2020 TIP for NJ is available at www.dvrpc.org/TIP/Draft. Hardcopies are available in the DVRPC Resource Center and in a number of regional libraries. If requested, the Draft TIP can be translated into an alternative format or language. The Draft FY2020 STIP is available at www.state.nj.us/transportation/capital and in hardcopy at the DVRPC Resource Center. The documents will also be available at the public meeting.
The TIP represents the region's federally funded transportation improvement priorities and is required by federal law in order for the region to receive and spend federal transportation funds. The TIP also includes non-federally funded projects that are regionally significant in order to provide a broad picture of the region's transportation improvements.
