DVRPC will open a 45+ day public comment period on April 4, 2018 for proposed changes to DVRPC's Public Participation Plan -- specifically changes to Appendix B: Draft Access to Records Policy. The Draft Access to Records Policy [0.2 MB PDF] is intended to clarify existing practices of DVRPC regarding public access to DVRPC records and to assist staff in disclosing Commission records to the public. This policy is intended to balance the benefits of general public access to Commission records with other considerations of privacy, confidentiality, informed decision-making, and security.

Comments for the draft Access to Records Policy must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 21, 2018. Comments received via mail must be postmarked by May 21, 2018.

DVRPC fully complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, Executive Order 12898 on Environmental Justice, and related nondiscrimination statutes and regulations in all programs and activities.
