The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) Board and Executive Committee will meet at 10 a.m. in the Commission's 8th Floor Conference Center, located in The American College of Physicians' Building, 190 N. Independence Mall West, Philadelphia, PA on the following dates in 2009:
