  1. The Status of RASP Implementation will be presented for the following Airports:

    Philadelphia International, Northeast Philadelphia, Doylestown, Camden County, Quakertown, Trenton-Mercer, New Castle County, Chester County, Pottstown Municipal, South Jersey Regional, Pottstown-Limerick, Cross Keys, Summit, Flying W, Pennridge, Wings, New Garden, Brandywine, Trenton-Robbinsville, McGuire AFB, Perkiomen Valley, Cecil County, Spitfire Aerodrome, and Willow Grove NAS.

  2. The RASP status of Penns Landing and Keystone Heliports will be presented.

  1. Presentation: Issues regarding Federal AIP eligibility of Heliport facilities to serve Center City Philadelphia

  2. Discussion of DVRPC analysis regarding merger of FAA and PennDOT funding programs resulting from Block Grant

  4. Status of proposed legislation in New Jersey, to control or permit aviation development.
  5. Pennsylvania and New Jersey Systems Plans status, and recommendations.
  6. FAA/TRB workshop on Future Aviation Activity, conclusions
  7. Airports in transition; South Jersey Regional, Albion, Marlboro, Solberg, Teterboro, and New Garden

5. Capital Programming Status

  1. FAA Harrisburg ADO update, FY 2002 AIP Summary, FY 2003 preview, Transportation Security Administration funding, and impact on AIP.
