a. The Status of RASP Implementation will be presented for the following Airports:

Philadelphia International, Northeast Philadelphia, Doylestown, Camden County, Quakertown, Trenton-Mercer, New Castle County, Chester County, Pottstown Municipal, South Jersey Regional, Pottstown-Limerick, Cross Keys, Summit, Flying W, Pennridge, Wings, New Garden, Brandywine, Trenton-Robbinsville, McGuire AFB, Perkiomen Valley, Cecil County, Spitfire Aerodrome, and Willow Grove NAS, Van Sant.

b. The development status of Penns Landing and Keystone heliports will be presented.

4. Continuing Planning Activities

a. Summary and conclusions - Regional General Aviation Security Study.

b. Pennsylvania Aviation Advisory Committee Policy Paper; Increase in PA Aviation Fuel Tax, pros and cons.

c. Discussion of federal and state grant programs. Eligibility, issues and obligations, some recent outcomes.

d. DVRPC planning activities, CASP XXII.

5. Capital Programming Status

a. DVRPC staff activities ongoing in preparation of four year ACIP for PA portion of region.

b. FAA report, AIP update, other issues.

c. PA funding program; status and recent regional grants. Act 117 airport funding to match SEPTA and Pittsburgh area transit subsidies.

d. New Jersey funding program; status and recent regional grants.

a. Status of Small Airports Committee of the PA Aviation Council regarding Pennsylvania airport licensing and ownership issues.

b. DVRPC participation status; FAA Eastern Region Air Service Study.
