Philadelphia International, Northeast Philadelphia, Doylestown, Camden County, Quakertown, Trenton-Mercer, New Castle County, Chester County, Pottstown Municipal, South Jersey Regional, Pottstown-Limerick, Cross Keys, Summit, Flying W, Pennridge, Wings, New Garden, Brandywine, Trenton-Robbinsville, McGuire AFB, Perkiomen Valley, Cecil County, Spitfire Aerodrome, and Willow Grove NAS, Van Sant.

b. The RASP status of Penns Landing EA/Feasibility Study funding.

4. Continuing Planning Activities

a. DVRPC Intermodal Study Mercer County Airport Transportation Center.

b. Pennsylvania Aviation Advisory Committee Policy Paper; Increase in PA Aviation Fuel Tax and other revenue options.

c. Update on CASP XXI Zoning/Compatible Land Use Study.

d. Public acquisition of New Garden Airport, status.

5. Capital Programming Status

a. DVRPC staff summary of final FY 2005 project prioritization and selections of four year ACIP for PA portion of region.

b. FAA report, AIP appropriations bill issues, regarding NPE, security expenditures.

c. PA funding program; status and recent regional grant.

d. New Jersey funding program; status and recent regional grants.

6. Old Business

a. Status of Small Airports Committee of the PA Aviation Council regarding Pennsylvania airport licensing and ownership issues.

b. DVRPC participation in FAA Eastern Region Air Service Study impacting TTN, ABE, and ACY.

c. State's legislative issues.

7. New Business

a. DVRPC CASP XXIII proposed activities.

b. Next RAC meeting date, June 16, 2005, DVRPC new offices.
